The Summer of Support on Capitol Hill is a free workplace wellness group. It began with Summer of Support 2008, and then transitioned into Seasons of Support while the Georgia General Assembly was in session. It is open to anyone who is interested in setting and meeting a health and wellness goal and would like help doing so. Your friends and family members outside the Capitol that want to participate can. Just contact us and we will explain how they too can get involved.

What is Summer of Support?
Summer of Support is about people who finally want to feel good about themselves by joining together with others who can support and encourage them to meet and exceed their health and fitness goals.
You don't need to be in "after photo" shape to feel better about yourself. EVERY DAY you get moving and eat right is a day you feel better about yourself. The mere action of taking care of yourself builds your self-esteem as much as the end result itself. And in the opposite, every day you succumb to a pattern that got you in the shape you're not that happy about contributes to feeling worse.
Please join us as we support one another throughout the year in reaching the goals we set for ourselves. Anyone of any age, weight, or fitness level is welcome to join us.
